As a sole practitioner occupational therapist (OT), Eliza provides a highly personalised service, working in partnership with clients, their carers and/or family members. Services are provided to adults, and some children, in their homes and other relevant locations in the community.

Recommendations, trials, and/or training in the use of a wide range of aids and equipment such as:

Home Modifications

This includes providing recommendations and communication with builders / handymen for both minor and major home modifications (eg. grab rails, ramps, level entry showers). Eliza has completed training to provide assessments for NDIS Complex Home Modifications.

Home and Beyond Occupational Therapy works with adults of all ages. Services may also be provided to children requiring assistive technology and home modifications, dependent on their need.

AREA SERVICED

Home and Beyond Occupational Therapy is based near Buderim, and services the Sunshine Coast, North Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Gympie, and other locations by negotiation, including Telehealth.

Travel fees are charged for home visits. Travel for NDIS participants is charged according to the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (click here to access).
